The goal of the program is to motivate people to commit to a regular practice of 3 times per week and be consistent. This will lead to healthy lifestyle changes,more energy with calmness and weight loss. You commit to the Program which consists of: Yoga Boot Camp classes: building strength with flexibility. You are encouraged to practice at your own comfort level with modifications and alternative postures.- combined with a "conscious", gentler breath and meditation practice. All to help you burn fat, gain muscle and have more energy! The dynamic group interaction acts as a catalyst to inspire you and keep you on track.
