We teach beginners through structured, correctly paced courses. In these courses you will learn how to practice effectively and safely. You will also learn how to adapt your practice to accommodate your own needs.

    Classes are ongoing-join any time

Cost: $60.00 + GST. All participants must pre-register.

The goal of the program is to motivate people to commit to a regular practice of 3 times per week and be consistent. This will lead to healthy lifestyle changes,more energy with calmness and weight loss. You commit to the Program which consists of: Yoga Boot Camp classes: building strength with flexibility. You are encouraged to practice at your own comfort level with modifications and alternative postures.- combined with a "conscious", gentler breath and meditation practice. All to help you burn fat, gain muscle and have more energy! The dynamic group interaction acts as a catalyst to inspire you and keep you on track.

Hot Yoga

HOT YOGA

Practiced in a hot room, this class is for everybody - less intense than the Power yoga but still designed to challenge you from the inside out.Incorporates elements of several styles of yoga that build stamina, strength and flexibility.

Postures are held just a little longer to give you that extra edge..

Bring a towel ,drink plenty of water,sweat out the toxins,refresh and re-vitalize.

Pre-natal Yoga

For beginners and experienced.

Prepare for labor by maintaining flexibility in the muscles as well as building strength to ensure an easier labor and post-partum recovery.

Gentle yoga exercises to encourage a relaxed pregnancy, improve posture and relieve discomfort. The class is designed to help reduce tiredness and stress while preparing for birth and motherhood.
